The DLCP is an EU-funded component of the Education Sector Investment and Reform Program of the Solomon Islands Ministry of Education. It is establishing distance learning centres connected by VSAT broadband Internet in rural community high schools throughout the country. The project is being implemented by the People First Network (PFnet).
